Right of Withdrawal

General Conditions
In compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal allows consumers to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason or incurring penalties. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, such as those offered by Sartoria Pastena.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Our garments are entirely custom-made to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Therefore, under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
